About Us

Founded in 1994 by Lin and Ken, Future Kids began with a vision to create a warm, nurturing environment that fosters the individual needs of children and their families. Today, the tradition continues under the leadership of their children, Cassandra and Alex, who are committed to innovation in the early childhood education sector.

What Sets Us Apart?

We take pride in our dedicated team of over 100 staff members across three services. Many have been with us for over seven years, with some celebrating milestones of 10 and even 15 years of service. This remarkable team longevity is a testament to our supportive and family-focused culture.

Happy staff, happy children, happy families.

Family-Oriented Team

Our staff are parents themselves, fostering a relatable and compassionate environment.

Extended Learning Opportunities

Our five-day-a-week programs provide more time for learning and building meaningful relationships.

Inclusive Family Engagement

An open-door policy encourages families to actively participate in their child’s learning, fostering a sense of community.

Passionate, Long-Serving Educators

Many of our educators have been with us for over 7 years, bringing consistency and expertise to our centers.

Child-led Learning

We prioritize children’s interests and strengths, creating personalized learning paths guided by curiosity and play.

Cultural Respect and Diversity

With a range of diverse educators this allows us to support children who speak little or no English to help the child to settle and communicate their needs. We celebrate and introduce the children to a range of different cultures within in our program.

Nurturing bright futures through curiosity, respect curiosity, and a love of learning.
